We have also installed firmware version 072.040.004.09100 last week.

We will see if most of the problems are solved or not.

 

Unit 7845 was already hanging once last week but we will see...

We are already on the latest spar release so I guess it's strange.

Also if nothing is noted in the update release notes, there will be no solution yet I guess.

 

We will wait for a newer firmware and see if we get the problem agan.

Hi jjjeroenski,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I was unable to find a solution for the issue you are seeing with the icons on the machine but you might consider upgrading to the latest firmware which is 071.040.103.04401.  Please make sure to select the correct file for the model number of your machine.  If this does not fix the issue with moving between the button screens on your machine, please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

7845 interface button page 1/2 don't work

Somebody had already the problem with the Xerox 7845 software that if you are on the home page with all buttons (scanning, mail, fax, workflow one touch buttons) that you can't go to page 2 to see the rest of the buttons ?

 

But if you connect with the webinterface and you open the remote connection to see the user screen, you could swith to page 2 with all buttons. Again on the machine, you can't go back to the previous page.

 

So on the machine you can't go from page 1 to page 2 and back.

On the webinterface everything works, it looks like the buttons on the screen are hanging?

Bug?

 

Somebody had already the same problem?

I think with a reboot it will be solved but it looks like this machines needs each day a reboot for "some" problems...
