Delete the message body, change the scan file name, change the subject line of the email, the printer was marked as a spammer because they sent 3 or more emails in under 5 minutes. Spam filters will block it because every email is identical, the from address, subject line, message body and file name are identical, the only thing that changes is the address they send to, and the size of the file. This is exactly what should happen in that case from a security standpoint.
You should be telling your customers to call Xerox direct, posting here multiple times a day is not the best way to get all these simple issues resolved, or just have them post their issues on their own so they can provide full details instead of "Worked, then stopped, nothing changed" because that is never the case.
seem lots of xerox machines having crisis today,so another customer just call as regards her 7855i,suddely stopped scanning to email that was working perfectly fine,the use office365.
we checked all the configurations which looked great but when yu do a test scan it keeps thinking without any error message or failure.
