8560 MFP - CentreWare - scanning - tiff OK - pdf no ?

Hello,

it crash before the pdf download from the 8560 harddisk.

If I download a tiff, I must write a filename an then the files download from the 8560.

If I want to download a pdf, I don´t ask for the filesname because it crashed.

hello ,

this seems strange , have you tried another PC ? or maybe if you dont have another pc , you can try another browser like firefox? i think you computers wants to open pdf in the browser , and then it crashes....

Hello,

If I scan with CentreWare I can see all scans under "Scans" and then I want download

the scans.

I can download tiff but not pdf files, because the system / program hang up

and I must new start the computer.

Why is it so ?
