8560 not seeing tray 3

I have the same problem, a similar error code. printer error press ?: 09,038.46:51893 I can't get to the menu at all. I turn it on, it beeps a few times, initializes, warms up and then goes straight to the error code and the fan inside just runs endlessly. ..

Hi ,

I have a Xerox 8560 that is being used for both legal and letter paper. It has 3 trays, the manual feeder, tray 2 for letter and tray 3 for legal.

We have setup the driver directly to the print server and it is tested and works fine, however, on the printer itself, it doesn't see tray 3 in the setup menu.

The only options are tray 1 and tray 2.

How can I make the printer see tray 3?

FYI, tray 1 manual feeder and tray 2 are used constantly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
