8560mfp Scanner Head Belt

Hello,

same issue here, the scanner drive belt is broken. There are several similar looking makes on the web for different OEMs and models. Is there anyone knowing a replpacement or at least the correct dimension to look for an alternative? It is frustrating not getting spare parts for the machine.

That's not the belt I was looking for. It's the inside the scanner head. Thanks for trying to help though.

You need a Service manual to get the part numbers(Google search "Xerox 8560MFP Service manual")

You probably need "023E30670 Y-Axis Belt", but the manual will show you the part and its location to be sure.

I have no idea how to source Xerox for parts, afaik, they only sell parts to authorized repair depots and service personnel

Is it possible to get a replacement belt on my scanner? I moved the printer and forgot to screw the head down, so the belt is torn. There's nothing else wrong with the printer except the belt!
