8560mfp - specified number of copies

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that they press the stop key before entering their copy number.  If someone has just copied for example 5 copies then they walk-up to copy it may not have reset back to 1 yet, so have them press stop to make sure they get the correct number of copies.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Just a quick request for information on the behavior seen on
a xerox 8560mfp (although this may be a behavior common to
other xerox systems as well).

A client is using the copy function of the xerox system, and
specifies a number of copies via the keypad.  After the copy
job completes, does the next job also print that same number
of copies, or does the system reset to a single copy?  My
client feels this behavior has changed on his system.

If anyone could tell me how their system behaves, I would be
much appreciative.
