8860MFP Scan to Desktop Issue

Hello Xerox,

 

I am running into a problem with the 8860MFP model trying to scan to desktop using your software and drivers (USB based). Currently the printer is handled through our network for printing, but scanning has always been directly done to one compter via the USB. When I try to create a profile using your software & driver package it refuses to create any other profile other then one based off the printer's storage. For the client, I need to be able to skip this and send scans straight to desktop, or preferrably to a folder on the desktop. Is there something I'm missing that's holding me back from creating such a profile or is there a guide I am not aware of that has this information?
