can you call xerox for this? they can do a remote session to look at the configuration in the utility, there must be something wrong there

Unfortunately I can't. I try with several configuration but without succes.
Scaner find the PC and PC-scaning template, but when then I scan the document nothing appear in the directory I select on PC.
I use Windows 7 and Panda antivirus.

not possible i think, you can better use the scan utiity to scab directly to a pc instead of the public folder

How can I retrieve to local computer all scaned images in public folder of Phaser 8860MFP with a single comand (retriving one by one is very time consuming)?
