cannot scan from 8860mfp even after downloading wia and twain driver. xerox scan utility appears to be non existent on this computer (win 7). I am using outlook 2007. I read somewhere with that email, it wont work. why i dont know as i am trying to scan via usb to the xerox scan utility or at least a public folder on the 8860. secondly, I dont know how to access the public folder ? help
