Hi,

I think also could be the DADF rollers. Part no. 604K58410 or 604K77810 (they are the same).

We are having an issue with one of our Work Center 7830's wherby if you use the top document feeder it will jam when feeding pre printer letterhead paper (weight around 90 - 100GSM) wheras if we use standard copier paper (80GSM) it feeds without any issue. Letterhead paper has fed without any issues in the past. 

I suspect the rollers require changing but was unsure of the correct part number(s).
