Hello! Our church has a contract on a Workcentre 7835. We have to turn off our AVAST! firewall to have the machine scan to the computer. When the firewall is active, the device scans the document, processes and then deletes it with the message: Login Error! I have allowed all traffic from the IP address the 7835 is using. Do I also need to allow processes access to the network through the firewall?
