We are currently upgrading all our PCs from Windows XP SP3 to Windows 7 x64. I am able to install & run the Xerox AccXES tools 14.01.12 when I am logged in as local administrator.
When my user logs in (not local admin), they can run the accXES client tools, the software quickly flashes the splash screen, then closes.
IF I put the user as local admin it works fine however I cannot have this in the environment. I gave the users full control over the install folder but that doesn't seem to have helped.
Any input from anyone?
