Yes I would recommend uninstalling the printer on that computer and reinstalling with the Xerox Driver you can find HERE.
I just add a Xerox C8035 printer on a computer,print test page failed.
I already add new user in Device User Database in Web server
Here are some pictures of Properties that I checked them ,they are the same with printer can print successfuly.
But print a test page,it displays failed.
Do I need to install the driver one more time ?
