Add name and email to Local Address Book

Hello,

I am trying to add a name and email address to the Local Address Book on one of our Xerox 5230A copiers. I just can't seem to find where to do this. I tried to do it right at the machine and I tried to do it through the browser interface. Can you please help me with this?
