Adding Individual names to WC58XX or WC78XX Device Address Book

I have read the User Guide and Admin guide for adding favorites.  After selecting a contact, and clicking Details, I do not see any stars to be able to add as a favorite.  Instead I just see details about the contact.  We just got a 7845 in our office and it is logged in as Guest.
