Hi Ed,

 

I have tested the following file and this will give 2 screens of addresses. You should have the same. If you don´t you might want to think about a firmware reload/upgrade or even place a service call.

Address Book Problem

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I've imported my address book to my Workcentre 5638.  However, it only sees the first five addresses of about 45. I can scan to email, but the touchscreen does not scroll down.  The scroll arrows are greyed out.  I can move addresses around, and re-import, but only the first five are visible. I can't believe I'm only allowed 5 names in the address book.

Additionally, on the web interface, I can browse to the address book, and the web displays the first name and email address. When I click Apply, it replies with an error: The system is unable to apply your new mapping settings. What does this mean?
