Address Book shows as empty when using Server Fax on 8900 and 9303 ColorQubes

I called software support who reproduced the problem, so it looks likes it's an issue with just the server fax.

A tickets been raised so I'll keep my ears open for a response.

I've got a 9303 on the firmware ending in 11200, it works fine with Internet Fax and addressbook.

Hi Everyone,

We have a lot of 9303's and 8900's and use the server fax.

It all works fine but if we add fax numbers to the address books they don't show up.

If we do the same on 7835's, 5945's and 6655's they show up fine.

I've tried it with firmwares release version 072.180.004.09101 and most spars up to 072.161.206.11200, and they're all the same.

As it works ok on the Workcentres I was thinking there's something wrong with the firmware on the colorqubes. 

Has anyone else tried this? I've double checked to see if I'm doing something stupid but can't see anything.
