Hi dbaumgartner,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. The features Network Scanning (Scan to File), E-mail, or Internet Fax must be installed before you can add the buttons.  If the features have not been added and installed to your printer you will not be able to add them to the All Services screen.  If they have been added please see this solution for adding the buttons

All Services Screen - [Email] [Scan] Buttons Missing

Product Name: WorkCentre 7232/7242
Operating System: Windows 7

I am trying to add buttons to the "All Services" screen for the WorkCentre 7232 but I only see the "Copy" button option when I'm in the "Screen / Button Settings" screen.  Specifically, I'm trying to add "Scan to Email".

I've followed the steps from the only other thread I could find with similar issues.(https://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Copying-Faxing-Scanning/Scan-to-email-icon-missing-7232/td-p/3412...). 

I'm able to log into System Admin mode and I navigate to the "Change Settings" for the "All Services" screen by following the Xerox WorkCentre 7232/7242 System Administration Guide on page 213.  Once I'm in the "Change Settings" screen I can only see the following options ("Copy", "Stored Programming, and "Custom Services").  I believe I should be able to see things like Scan, Email, Fax, etc.  

Only 'Copy' is availableOnly 'Copy' is available

I printed a "Configuration Report" and the firmware appears to be the latest version (1.207.5).  SMTP is enabled, Send E-mail is enabled, and the SMTP Server is configured.  I've tried searching for solutions but I'm not able to resolve the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
