Hi,

we are trying to scan a two-sided document that is 1 file per page. how do we scan front and back and have that be one file? when we select 2-sided it is still separating each page into one file. we need the first two pages to be one file, how do we do this? thank you!

It is available as a choice on the machine too.

Touch the file type here

Select More

And now you can choose it

As far as I know this feature was always there, but if it isn't on yours, update your firmware. (Latest firmware as of this posting is actually 100.001.107.28600)

When setting up workflow scanning in the web console, I can set a profile to scan 1 File Per Page. When a user tries to scan 1 File Per Page on the device interface, there isn't an option to do so. Older machines have had that option and we can't seem to find it. We are on the latest firmware version 100.001.057.09609. Is this not available at the console or are we missing something?
