Please take a look at this article on how to edit the address book.
Rick's trick should work, but I also believe that was a problem in the older firmware, so it can't hurt to update to the latest, even if it doesn't help resolve it, you will be current.
Sorry for my lack of clarity. I was referring to the "Reset" button located in the upper right hand corner of the control panel (user interface).
After you selct that button, I believe you are then presented with the "Reset all Apps" option.
Thank you for your response Rick. Are you referring the the "Reset" button located in the upper right hand corner of the control panel or are you referring to doing a Software Reset in the Tools mode under Troubleshooting? I ask because I do not see an option for, Reset All Apps on the Home screen.

Select "Reset All Apps" from the Homescreen to refresh and they'll show.
Could you try a different browser?
I'm using Chrome almost always. And I have encountered some weird problems on a C8035 CWI using Chrome.
The software version is 100.001.057.09600 Printer is C8035 AltaLink:
When we add an email recipient from the Centerware interface into the address book it does not populate the address book at the machine. I am able to add an email address entry to the device address book from the control panel at the machine and it does show up in the Centerware interface but not the other way around. Has anyone come across this before??
