Heya!

After you've restarted the machine(for the automatic cleaning),

I would suggest you follow THESE steps.

And use the advanced cleaning not the basic one.

Hi,

I have a Phaser 8560DN that has light stripes that will not go away. In the past I ran the basic light stripe cleaning 3 - 4 times and it would fix the issue. Doing this now will not fix the issue I am having anymore. The big problem is that I can't even see the jets that are clogged because of how bad the light strips are on the "Light Stripes test" page. How can I fix this? I have attached the "Light Stripes Test" page and the "Cleaning Page" to this post.
