As convoluted as it is I've figured out how to setup a shared phonebook for faxing for a particular department in my organization. I have everyone point their personal phonebook path to a shared network location where the address file sits. So far so good. We can add entries to the phonebook with no problem, but once they're there they cannot be deleted. For example: I enter a dept and their fax number and save the entry to my personal phonebook (which is really shared). It's now available to everyone. So far so good. Now I want to edit this entry. I can make the changes and again check the option to save to me phonebook. It will save it, but the original copy stays in the phonebook as well. I should be able to delete the old entry or any entry for that matter, but I cannot locate the delete option. Can someone point me in the right direction?
