Auto-feed is junk the scan / copy / Fax all pull 2 pages

It new are you saying the MFP was shipped with defective parts. How do I check them to see if they are bad?

No the printer is new why would I need to replace any parts?  On top of that I haven't been able to use it so I doubt they have gone ban unless Xerox uses used parts in their new MFP's

Have you tried replacing the feed rollers in the document handler, you can find the steps on how to do this here.

Every so often when scanning the feeder pulls 2 pages. I tried the cleaning that service told me to do but this was to no avail haven't been able to use it had to but a Epson WF-7720 for the scanner. There is no fix as every time I call, they blame it on dust and to just clean it. I used to like Xerox, but the service is leaving a lot to desire. Thanks for the vent maybe a user has an answer as the support doesn’t.
