I actually also have a problem with my ADF. Xerox is not supportive in providing hints how to fix it. It is also difficult to open the ADF. Xarox does not provide any manuals. I am also to throw it away and would never buy Xerox again. In my case only a little piece of the scanned paper is in the ADF as the paper was breaking. It should not be too complicated to get this piece out. But Xerox is not supportive. Better do not buy from them. I can recommend cannon. They let you access every part.
So, bottom line:
It does NOT work.
I don't know how to get it fixed but I am tempted to throw this thing out the window and get an HP instead. I've never seen an all-in-one have so many issues out of the box.
Anyway, yes, I am not pleased with the performance of this device.
I am not sure why the ADF isn't working...
Did I make a mistake purchasing this piece of equipment?
