I searched the knowledgebase for your device and found some steps for setting up scanning to email here. There are other solutions in that knowledgebase around scanning that may also be helpful and I encourage you to check it out.

B1025 Setting up scan to email

Product Name: Xerox B1022/B1025 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10
Please help me set up my B1025 printer so i can use the email function . I tryied a Gmail account and a smtp2go account and still can't seama to make it work. How do i configure the settins so that it works. Thanks.
