B205: Scan to Email - ”Problem in SMTP”

Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur


I configured 4 SMTP different servers (personal domain - managed through Office365, account, gmail account, personal domain - managed through a domain registrar and web hosting company) in Xerox settings and every single one returns the message ”Problem in SMTP”.

Every single email account is functional (I tested them with a new email client).

Any ideas?

I found and article for on how to configure SMTP email setting that may be useful in figure out the issue.
