You will need a tech to disconnect/reconnect the scanners cables

Back Side Scan doesnt work correctly

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Not Applicable

What can I do, if the back side scan of my wc6515 and therefore all dublesided copies, dont work.

Scanner glas seems clean, no inclusions, no visible defects.

All scans have a gray/black vertical stripe on the left side without content. The content is shifted

left to this stripe - best is to look at the example.
