Hi,

The scanner is defective so you must replace it.

Black and colored line on scans and copies

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello,

I recently got initially only on the ADF scans a black and with some colors line and now I started to have this also in the normal scan on the glass. I have already cleaned the glass with alcohol. Do you have any ideas why this happens? You can see what is happening after I scanned a blank A4 page:
