I found this article for error code 092-673 with some trouble shooting steps to try.  If you are still having issue after trying these steps please consider calling into the support department: 1-800-821-2797.

Black test pattern error

Hello.  I have a Xerox WorkCentre 6605 and a message pops up after replacing the toner: Black test pattern error. 092-673. I have already put on three different genuine toners and the problem persists. Please help me
