Blue background problem with xerox workcenter 7220

You would need a tech since the issue has to be multiple things.

If the scan hardware caused the issue it would not affect print jobs, if anything in the printer itself caused the issue it wouldn't happen on scan jobs.

There would be a bunch of things you could delve into if scan wasn't included in the jobs that are affected, same if print wasn't, but the fact that print and scan both show as blue means 2 entirely sperate things went wrong and caused the same probelm in 2 unrelated things.

Im facing a problem with Xerox workcenter 7220, whenever I scan, print, copy anything I get a blue background instead of white.

this also happens with email scanning, Any ideas ??
