Could do that but I was interested if there was an easy quick fix before it ships off on Tuesday.

Its brand new, get a tech in to look at it, its got a Warranty. You don't want to cludge it into working until after the warranty (unless you have a service agreement in place, but getting a tech on site goes in that scenario as well)

Brand new machine makes clicking noise when printing/copying

Hello,

Like the title. Our brand new Altalink C8030 makes clicking noises when printing/copying. I've taken out the different trays but the sound remains. Sounds like it's from within the printer. 

I've re-installed the waste catridge, toner and drums. 

Any help is appreciated
