That isn't the latest firmware, this is. You do want to update before any major troubleshooting simply due to the fact there is a known issue with logins with Office365 on the version you are running.

You also are posting in the wrong area, try posting this to the App Gallery forum , the good folks there are the main support personnel for App Gallery issues since it is independent of the devices. Same for the App Studio forum.

My stab-in-the-dark guess will be that the folder has a leading or trailing space, and the browser fill sit with "%20" automagically where the printer does not. But the admin in the XAG forum would be the better source for the fix. Assuming the updated firmware doesn't resolve the matter first.

Browsing problem when scanning to Sharepoint Online (O365)

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi, I'm having a problem with both App Gallery (Print and Scan for Office 365) and App Studio (Connectkey Scan to Office 365). Machine is WC 7855 with latest fw 073.040.075.34540 with 905956v2 patch included. I can login to sharepoint at the machine, but when I browse to My Site / Files / scanning, it gives an error message.

With App Gallery it's: "Folder Scanning/ does not exist. Please check to make sure your folder name does not contain illegal characters".

With App Studio it says: "Error. A network connection or system error has occured. Ensure that your device is connected to the network..."

But I can scan with both apps to Files -root but when I browse to subfolder(s) it doesn't work.I can browse to those subfolders and create/delete folders under subfolders using same account via web browser. So user rights should be okay.

Any ideas to get this work?

Thanks in advance!
