Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the article for Configure Network Scanning and make sure you have done the first step of enabling the feature and setting it up then you should be able to select the button.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Buttons missing from 'Services Home' > 'Service Selection'

Product Name: PrimeLink C9065/C9070 Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

I was trying to select the 'Network Scanning' button to show in a Primelink screen, but don't seem to have the option available under 'Service Selection'. I only have 3 buttons available to select...

Any suggestions?
