You will want to call Xerox directly if its under a contract with them or an ASP (Authorized Service Provider).

Also - the error you are reporting has something to do with a Reservoir Heater.

Hello,

I hope you can understand my english writing... ;-)

After my actually printer is damage I want to start my old C2424.

The C2424 stand over 2 years in a dry room and it was OK at the last print

in 2010.

Now, today I start the C2424 and the following error code are displayed:

37,004.40:84546 - service needed

What´s that, "service needed" why ???

Any idea ?
