It is the same problem here with our Network Attached Xerox 3335!
Windows just not realize the scanner driver installed, and it can not find any scanner if You try to scan from the Windows Scan app, and there is no installed Xerox device listed in the Xerox Print and Scan experience too (after the HP M101 issue). KB5034510 did not helped.
Tried deleting everything that has XEROX in its name, cleaned registry, reinstalled Xerox Print and Scan experience, added printer from that app, by downloading the newest (1.9.12) Smart Start and installed the printer again. Installed the Scanner driver (USB/TWAIN) but still no scanner recognised by the OS and the Xerox App.
Well... we will sooner buy a Brother MFP than reinstalling the computers, so please find an easy solution!
I can not scan with my C7020 printer on desktop, because it not showing up in Xerox Print and Scan Experience. I can use it as a printer, I mean I can print test pages, and from word, adobe, etc, but I have some problem with the scanning. A also run the KB5034510 Microsoft Printer Metadata Troubleshooter Tool, but it says that my devise was not effected. What can I do to see again my printer in Xerox Print and Scan Experience? Thanks in advance.
