I'm just replying to my own post to say I discovered what the problem was...the time was off on the machine by 8 hours. Once we put the correct time in, it worked.
I am attempting to setup my AltaLink C8035 to scan through the Xerox servers. I have updated the app in the app gallery, and the account has been registered (not getting a login error). What I'm getting is a printed out error that says "There is a problem with the URL specified." Any idea what could be causing this?
