FujiXerox has their own forum, but it doesn't appear to be very active.
You may need to call them if the answer isn't in their User Guide or Self Help section
Any chance you could link me to the place that supports these devices?
When I click scan and the green start button there is no prompt on the display at all. It just finishes and beeps. Nor is there seemingly any option within the settings except for the format type where I have multi-page Tiff selected. There is also no button on the machine that would make logical sense to prompt such a question on the display.
FujiXerox isn't in North America (Where I am and where this Xerox forum is and covers) so I have no way to test it to see if and how it is done.
Typically, if you choose a format that can do multiple pages, and hit the start button on FujiXerox devices, there would be a Next original option on screen during the scan process, and if you select it, it will prompt for the next page.
At least that is how the re-branded devices work (Some FujiXerox models are sold in North America under a different name with slightly different firmwares, I am basing this on a few of them, but they are much larger machines than the CM115)
The printer that was purchased did not come with a feeder. Is there a way to achieve these multiple page scans via pdf or m-Tiff through operating the glass screen when you lift the top up? Our previous printer this was possible as the machine would ask if you wanted to scan a second page etc
Multiple pages would bne done by the adf and can only be done in a format that supports multipage (pdf, m-Tiff) and never with single page formats (JPG)
Hi,
I recently purchased a Fuji Xerox CM115 w and am having difficulty working out how to scan multiple pages at a time. I can't seem to work out how with the provided documentation. Is it done with a feeder or via the document glass?
