What is the point of an official support forum when all it does is point you to the website or a manual?

The machine you have is not a North American machine so you will need to search the knowledgebase for the country where the machine was purchased. It is a Fuji Xerox machine and the knowledgebase for the DoucPrint CM205FW is on the Fuji Xerox site. Please consider contacting Fuji Xerox about your concerns.

Have you tried to search this knowledgebase for the product CM205 FW?
Try it - you'll see that nothing comes up.
If you try multifunction printers/fax - same result.
If you try Docuprint - you guessed it - same answer.
Another thing - on the box and in documentation it says that the product is compatible with Macintosh.
And to a certain extent, it is.
BUT......
Unless you're running a PC you won't be able to get the advertised scanning resolution.
I bought this machine because it stated on the box and in supporting literature that a high resolution was possible.
This is blatant misrepresentation of the product because on a Mac you only get 600dpi.
On top of that support is negligible.
Not happy.

We purchased a Docuprint CM205 FW Multifuncion printer, and despite several attempts and calls to local PC repair people, we can not get it to scan to a Networked PC.
It will continually come up with the following error message "031-529 Scan Login Failed"
We have attempted to "google' for a resoltuion to this issue but have had no luck.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
