I have no experience with what you are seeing but, The PC is using either LPR or RAW (Jet direct on a Mac)

So verify the port on the Windows PC, then reinstall on the Mac using that instead of IPP/Bonjour.

Hi all, I have written here before, I have a 6015 NI that is wi-fi networked to a Mac and a Windows 10 PC.  It had issues with coming out of sleep mode, so I got the SPAR 1.00.28 firmware from Level 2.  However, now though it can come out of sleep mode by pressing the green button on the WC, it remains "offline" on my Mac printer preference/status screen. Another thing is when I print something from the PC, the WC then goes missing on my Mac.  Am I missing some "sharing" settings that I am not aware of?  Has anyone experienced similar issues?  Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.
