We have recently installed workcentre 3345 MFP and went through the Fax Wizard settings to configure the fax settings. We are able to send faxes, but we are not able to receive faxes. I have already followed the following steps that were listed in the administrator manual:
At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. Touch Service Settings.
Note: To access this feature at the control panel, log in as an administrator.
3. Touch Fax.
4. Touch Incoming Fax Defaults.
5. To set the printer to receive all incoming calls as faxes, or to answer manually, touch Call Receive Mode, select an option, then touch OK.
If you have set to Recieve Automatically I am not sure why it is still not working. I found some other steps you can try from CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS). You can find the steps to access CWIS HERE.

I tried to adjust the incoming setting receive mode to automatic, but that is not an option in the drop down menu (see below)
