I think a client may have reset his 7775 copier and now there is no way to enable scanning from the machine. When I log in as an admin through Centerware, there is no Scan tab on the page and there are no services listed. I previously had the copier set up to scan to an SMB folder on a PC along with scan templates. What did I miss here, is the scan software gone or can it be reinstalled? Thanks in advance if you can help, but please don't reply with a "contact Xerox support".

Joe, thanks a lot for the reply. I'll take a look for the SIM card later this week and go through your steps if I can find it.
Is there a good reason why these settings would have been lost? The copier LCD panel seems to be reverting to the initial setup/confirmation screen, and jobs won't print until those options are confirmed.
