Hi! I just purchased a Xerox Workcentre 3210/3220. After installation the printer works, but the PC faxing feature is not working. I keep getting an error message " Fax Device I/O error." I tried reinstalling and updating the driver, but still keep getting the same error message. Does anyone have a solution? My operating system is Windows 7 64 Bit and I am using the fax on a network environment. Any help would be much appreciate as I purchase the fax for the sole purpose of using the PC faxing feature, which does not work right out of the box.
