Yes, I have talked to Supplies. I CAN order black toner through Supplies; I was told that our account on the 'net would have to be "re-set" to enable us to order that way. Our former sales rep, who is no longer in our area, managed to get our account re-set. (But she didn't tell me how she did it.) Any way, it worked for a while. Then it went wacky again.:catsad:

This is an issue which has been plaguing us for a long time. When we try to order toner for our THREE Xerox 5000 APs, "black" is grayed out. We can order the other 3 colors with no problem. Is there some way to have our account "re-set" so we can order ALL our colors on-line? Our Production Print Specialist says he is trying to resolve this problem, but so far no luck. Who do we need to talk to to get this taken care of?
