I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Can't save SMTP Password - but tests work.

Product Name: WorkCentre 3655
Operating System: Not Specified

In whe Centreware web interface. I can set up a M365 account and can send an email by pressing "test". But when I am actually scanning, I get an error, and if I leave the email setup panel and go back to try again, the tests fail. I am pressing apply.
