Recently our organisation switched from using SMB1 to SMB2 and immediately our xerox device's scan function stopped working. Whenever we try scanning, it prints out a confirmation report with the job status saying "username or password is wrong" although the credentials remained the same the whole time. We also have a scanner from a different brand and it is still scanning perfectly fine with SMB2. Tried to install the latest firmware, but it did not help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
