Hi, i have a workcentre 3025, after i format my desktop, cant using my printers scanning option. When i open easy document creator app, the ring at the left bottom side circle around continiously and cannot connetc to my scanner. By the way i can't use "find" button. i try everything but cant find a solution. pls help
