Restore gdiplus. Run a virus/malware scan of your entire system. Download Platform SDK Redistributable: GDI+ from Microsoft and install it, but only if you're running Windows XP or Windows Vista. Use System Restore to undo recent system changes.

Cannot Scan (GDIPlus Error)

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 11

Hello, I just install Win11 on Lenovo Leptop. After installing Xerox "Duplex Portable Scanner" I got "Could not createGDIPlus image from ..." and "Out of memory". HP Printer / Scanner scan fine. Actually I had this before 2 years after installing Win 10 and it was solved by me but I cannot remembet how. Win 11 and Xerox scanner are  updated. any idera whwer to start?
