You can try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Power the machine down and back up.
  • Access the website through a different webbrowser.
  • Make sure the correct IP address is input in the url.

Cannot access Address Book in Admin Panel

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 11

I am trying to setup the address book to use the scan feature however it never loads, I have added 49 contacts before through a .csv but have never been able to access again

We have an Xerox Workcentre 3335
