We have been told that no one (not even someone with administrative rights) can delete private scan mailboxes without the password created by the original user. Accordingly, we have many useless scan mailboxes of employees who have left the company, and anyone who uses the scanner must scroll through multiple screens to get to his/her mailbox.
Is this correct? Please provide a way to delete such unnecessary mailboxes.
