It is required some initialization on the hardware/software level. Contact the local hardware team to do it so...

Cannot make copies from document feeder (ADF).

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

The XEROX C7025 shows a message that Copy is only allowed from the document glass.  However, the Scan To feature works without issue from the document ADF and Glass.
